(For medium to large heat sinks requiring low porosity & high thermal conductivity)

Introduction

Aluminum die casting is the preferred solution for medium-to-large heat sinks that require complex geometry, mechanical strength, and lower cost at scale.
Traditional die-cast alloys (A380/ADC12) are not ideal for high-power thermal applications due to low thermal conductivity and porosity issues.
To solve this, J&C developed a specialized high-thermal-conductivity alloy (>170 W/mK) and optimized casting parameters to achieve low porosity, stable microstructure, and strong mechanical integrity.

This enables die-cast heat sinks that rival extruded or machined solutions while supporting shapes impossible in extrusion—such as integrated ducting, mounting bosses, channels, and internal airflow structures.
